American Bin and Conveyor designs and fabricates bins, hoppers and batchers ranging from a few feet to thousands of tons depending upon the material handling requirements. Small cement batchers are standard parts for us and are sized based upon the mixers they feed. They are typically supported by s-type load cells for accurate weighing of cement requirements for block recipes. Aggregate holding hoppers are sized for batching applications and can be supported by s-type load cells or compression type load cells. Our aggregate storage systems can be deigned to hold any capacity required by the customer as the support structure is designed and structural analysis is performed on all bin systems. Our bins can be designed to fit any optional hardware requested and systems can be design with multiple discharge hardware options. |
