A recently designed and fabricated plant located in Naperville, IL. The entire system, all of which was fabricated by us except the screens and crushers, cost under seven million dollars and included two screen towers with all chute work and hoppers, 20 conveyors ranging in length from 12 to 300 feet, all concrete design and installation and all erection work. The customer had final approval on all subcontractors hired and found our erectors to be so easy to work with that they were hired to do other jobs for them. This plant went together so well that erection was completed almost a full month ahead of time and has been up and running for close to six months now. The primary feed conveyor is designed to feet the plant 1200 ton per hour and creates at least 6 distinct products. |

Another large plant, partially shown here, recently completed is located in Jackson, WI. This plant was also also completely designed and fabricated by us except screens and crushers except with this one our final customer took care of all concrete and erection work. This entire project cost just over $800,000 and included two screen towers with all chute work required, 15 conveyors ranging in length from 20 to 190 feet and crusher supports designed to withstand the load. This system contains seven cable hung conveyors with walkway access to the heads (as shown to the left) and a vertical curve conveyor. All load calculations were sent to the customer in plenty of time to pour before erection and all weldments were sent in such large pieces that erection went very quickly. |
