Portable Equipment

American Bin & Conveyor custom designs portable equipment to ensure proper support and interface of crushing and screening equipment.  Our portable equipment can be designed to handle many manufacturers' crushers, as our engineers run structural analyses on all systems to ensure that all equipment is properly supported.  Interface points are designed for convenient access, yet they maintain proper loading to prevent unnecessary material spillage.  We have also manufactured portable chassis with rock hammer support towers that hydraulically raise into position and lower onto the chassis for transportation.  Axles are engineered for proper road travel, and once on site, our hydraulic jack stands support the chassis to prevent stress and supply proper support while crushing.
