American Bin and Conveyor custom designs all portable equipment to ensure proper support and interface of crushing and screening equipment. Our portable equipment can be designed to handle many manufacturers crushers with our professional engineer's running structural analysis on all systems to ensure all equipment is properly supported. All interface points are designed for as easy access as possible while still maintaining proper loading to prevent unnecessary material spillage. We have also manufactured portable chassis with rock hammer support towers that hydraulically raise into position and lower onto the chassis for transportation. All axles are engineered for proper road travel and once on site our hydraulic jack stands support the chassis to prevent stress and maintain proper support while crushing. |
